If reporting browser display issues, please include your platform (Mac/Windows) and browser make and version number. This website supports CSS2 (Firefox, Internet Explorer 7 or later, Safari). We recommend Explorer 6 users upgrade (free) to at least version 7 (or later).

For Windows users, we recommend Firefox for compatibility and security.

Online Payments Help

Please note that you do NOT need to have a Paypal account to purchase online – you can use your credit or debit card without creating a Paypal account.

VAG is pleased to announce that we are now accepting online payments for Membership (new and renewals), Entry Fees for exhibits, and Workshops.

• To pay for an item, first set any options (such as New or Renewal Membership). For memberships, it's very important that you enter the Artist's First and Last Name!
• Cick the associated “Add to Cart” button; in a few moments the VAG Shopping Cart will open in a separate screen.
• If you are finished shopping, click the Checkout button and choose whether to pay with a Credit or Debit card (as a Paypal “guest”), or log in to your existing Paypal account.
• If you would like to pay for multiple items (membership + entry fee, say), then Add the first item to the cart, then click the Continue Shopping button in the Paypal shopping cart to return to the VAG site. Continue to add additional items and then Checkout.
• At any time, you can click the “View Cart” button that appears at the top of every page to return to your Shopping Cart.
• When you have completed the Checkout, select Print Invoice, then print a copy for your records. An email confirmation will also be sent to you from Paypal (please check your Spam or Junk folder if you don’t see it immediately).
• If you have a question about how to pay for multiple memberships or make unusual requests that our pre-programmed shopping cart didn't allow for, feel free to add a special request by clicking on the “Add Special Instructions to the Seller” that appears below your Shipping Address (you'll see this after you click the Checkout button, not in the shopping cart). You can also email us (see below), if you forget to send instructions during checkout.

How Paypal Works

If you decide to create a free Paypal account, you will have the option to pay from your Paypal account, or any other credit or debit accounts that you have linked to your account (although it may take 1-3 days to verify a checking account, adding a credit account is usually instant).
